Everything you need to know about ordering from RS Pet Stop -
how to place an order, how we quote a custom build and delivery fee, and the safety rules we
check automatically on every custom aquarium and stand.
How to Order
- Choose how you want to order. Tap Standard to browse ready-made items, or Customize to build your own Aquarium, Stand, Filtration, or Accessories.
- Pick a category. Tap a tile like Aquarium, Stand, or SET to see what's available.
- Add items to your cart. Use the +/- buttons to set the quantity, then tap Add.
- Review your cart. Tap "View Cart" anytime to check what you've added, then Checkout when you're ready.
- Fill in your details. Your name, phone number, and pickup or delivery information.
- Submit your order. You'll get an Order ID right away, and we'll contact you shortly to confirm.
Getting a Customize Quotation
From Customize, use the tabs at the top - Aquarium, Stand, Filtration, Accessories - to switch
between builds. Each one shows a live price estimate as you fill in the fields, so you can try
different sizes/options and see the price change instantly, with nothing submitted yet. Use
Add to Cart to save one build and keep working on the next, or
Checkout once you're ready to submit everything.
Choosing the right Aquarium
- Pick your Unit of Measure first - the price estimate and preview won't show until it's selected.
- Glass Thickness (3mm/6mm/10mm/12mm) is safety-checked automatically against your Length/Width/Height - if your tank is too big for the thickness you picked, the system will tell you and upgrade it for you.
- Tempered Glass always needs at least 10mm - picking a thinner thickness with Tempered checked will prompt you to upgrade.
- Low Iron, Rimless, and AIO (All-In-One) each have their own extra thickness rules - you don't need to memorize these, the system checks and prompts you automatically.
Choosing the right Stand
- Already built your Aquarium in this session? The Stand tab will offer to use its exact footprint - tap "Yes, Use Its Footprint" so the stand always matches the tank going on top of it.
- Tubular size (1x1, 1½x1½, or 2x2) is auto-adjusted for you based on the stand's Length, and - when linked to an aquarium - its glass thickness (10mm+ glass always requires a 2x2 stand for safety).
- Height defaults automatically based on Tubular size and number of layers/shelves, but you can always type your own if you need a specific height.
Choosing the right Sump/Filtration
- Undersump sits inside the stand cabinet, below the tank; Overhead Sump sits above/behind it - pick whichever fits your setup.
- As a general rule of thumb, size your sump's Length/Width close to your aquarium's own footprint so it fits comfortably in the same stand - there's no fixed requirement, so enter whatever actually fits your space.
- Piping, Overflow Box, Filter Medias, and Allum TopCover are optional add-ons, each adding its own line to the price - only tick the ones you actually need built.
How We Quote Delivery
Our own truck
A flat base fee, plus a per-kilometer rate for the driving distance from whichever branch
(Amaya or GMA) is fulfilling your order to your delivery address, plus any toll fee detected
along that route. This is calculated instantly as soon as you enter your address.
Lalamove
If you'd rather book your own courier, we can pull a live price quote directly from Lalamove
for your chosen vehicle type (motorcycle, car, van, etc.), based on their real-time rates for
that route - not our own formula.
Either way, delivery is quoted before you submit your order, so you always know the total cost
upfront. Just need a quote without ordering? Use the "Estimate the fee" link on our homepage.
Advisable Mode of Transportation
As a general guide for what mode of transport usually fits a complete setup (aquarium + stand + sump/filtration) of each size:
| Complete Setup Of |
Mode of Transport |
| 10 to 25 gallons | Sedan |
| 30 to 50 gallons | MPV |
| 50 to 100 gallons | L300 |
| 120 to 200 gallons | Closed Van / In-house |
And for an aquarium only (no stand/sump), which is lighter and more compact:
| Aquarium Only |
Mode of Transport |
| Betta tanks up to 20 gallons | Motorcycle |
| 25 to 50 gallons | Sedan |
| 60 to 75 gallons | MPV |
| 90 to 120 gallons | L300 |
| Monster tanks | In-house delivery |
Safety Rules We Auto-Check
- Tempered glass: mandatory whenever your aquarium's width or height is 36 inches or more - if you haven't picked it, we'll turn it on for you automatically.
- Minimum glass thickness: AIO (All-In-One) setups can't use 3mm glass - we'll bump it up to 6mm. Low Iron + Tempered glass together always need at least 10mm - we'll bump it up if a thinner thickness was selected.
- Stand tubular size: a 10mm+ glass aquarium always requires a 2x2 stand, and so does any stand 49 inches or more in length with 18 inches or more in width - these are structural minimums, not preferences, so we upgrade the tubular size automatically when needed.
